Spyros Melcher, Commercial Analyst

Spyros began his journey in hospitality in 2008 with an internship at 5* hotel in Greece. During that time he also studied Hotel & Restaurant Management. Following this Spyros won a scholarship to study International Hotel Management in Switzerland. In 2013 he moved to Scotland where he completed his studies. Upon graduation, he worked in finance at Britannia Hotels and Principal Hayley. Before he joined Hilton (Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh) as a Food and Beverage Analyst.
