Mervyn worked his way up from junior hotel positions to being General Manager of a 5-star hotel. Before joining Michels & Taylor, Mervyn worked for Hand Picked Hotels as General Manager in two Hotels, and owned and operated his own – The Swan Hotel, Bradford Upon Avon, The Old Vicarage, Bridgewater and The Full Moon, Rudge.
